Also selling slick leather wallets by John Markides for men. These have fancy money clips and are one-off pieces, hand sewn in real leather. John is the brother of the one and only, Stalo Markides. Those in the know, know her as the eccentric leather bag and accessory designer who sells in Harrods, Bloomingdales, Concento, etc. Custom orders are also welcome, either get in touch with me or John himself, so discuss and see the leathers available.

Fine Cell Work is a social enterprise that teaches needlework to prison inmates and sells their products. The prisoners do the work when they are locked in their cells, and the earnings give them hope, skills and independence. 80% of the stitchers are men, all taught by volunteer instructors. The worthy's project mission is to rehabilitate prisoners by giving them the opportunity to earn and save money and the chance to reflect on and rebuild their lives through craft and achievement. Designed by Patrick Morris while he was a student at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, in London, the Sky Planter was originally produced by his New Zealand-based company, Boskke, out of porcelain, but now they’re available in recycled plastic.

A porous reservoir--refillable through a hole at the top--delivers just the right amount of water through diffusion. That means that most of the water reaches the plant roots directly, reducing evaporation and conserving water.  Plants that adapt exceptionally well to the system, including geraniums, orchids, and a variety of herbs.
