Pottery Barn Inspired Easter Flag

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

I found a super cute flag on the Pottery Barn site a few weeks ago.  I show the version I was inspired from below. My version was $4 compared to the $39 PB price tag.  I simply used a burlap sack, painted a bunny in some leftover black paint and then used my Silhouette for the first time to create some lettering for the sack.  I plan on putting this up on a flag pole when Easter time rolls around.  I just used some adhesive at the top to make a fold at the top to place a flag pole through it. Wynn helped me paint the bunny on the sack and I tried to let it look a little distressed by allowing some of the paint to be a little lighter in some areas.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
